Vår Deals-avdelning består av 245 personer och tillsammans hanterar vi de typer av situationer du regelbundet hör om i nyheterna. Vi erbjuder stöd, insikt och analys till företagsledningen, aktieägare och finansiärer. Var och en av våra nyckelområden inom Deals levererar tjänster till marknaden individuellt eller tillsammans genom att kombinera våra specialister för att tillhandahålla omfattande kundlösningar. Just nu söker vi en person som ska förstärka Financial Due Diligence (FDD) inom Deals Transaction Services för att hjälpa organisationer att maximera potentialen av fusioner, förvärv, avyttringar och kapitalmarknader. Vi tillhandahåller datadrivna insikter för att hjälpa topp- och mellanstora företags- och finanskunder, inklusive private equity-företag, att realisera affärsvärde. Även om mycket av vårt arbete är baserat i Sverige, stöttar vi också internationella kunder genom att samarbeta med nätverksföretag globalt. Vårt team stöds av specialister inom värderingar, SPAs, Data & Analytics och finansiell modellering, vilket förstärker vår omfattande tjänst inom Deals.

Vi söker kandidater som har en magisterexamen i företagsekonomi, finans, ekonomi eller teknik och som har mellan två till fyra års arbetslivserfarenhet från en liknande profession. Tidigare erfarenheter inom revision, finansiell analys eller finansiell rådgivning är meriterande.



Detta jobb kräver en hög arbetskapacitet, goda språkkunskaper i engelska och svenska samt en mycket hög analytisk förmåga. Du behöver ha kunskaper i bokföring och vara en erfaren användare av Microsoft Excel. Dessutom har du också ett tydligt affärssinne kombinerat med stort engagemang och stark drivkraft.

Preferred skills
To be successful in this role you have:
?Minimum 12 months of experience in working with auditing or accounting. Other relevant experience can also be meritorious.
An academic degree in Business and Economics, preferably within Accounting/Auditing.
Master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
