We are now looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in international market. As Business Development Manager (BDM) you will be responsible for developing the sales, identifying sales leads, find new clients and maintaining best relationship with new and existing clients. The position is based in Umeå and may involve frequent long- and short-distance travelling. Main ResponsibilitiesManage sales projects and visit important markets and customersConduct research to identify new markets with focus on international market expansionDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionProspect new high potential or strategically important customersCommunicating new product developments to prospective clientsFollowing up new business opportunities and setting up meetingsPlanning and preparing presentationsKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices. You have a customer-oriented approach and have an ability to inspire others. QualificationsA Masters university degree in International business with a strong business acumen.Understanding of quantitative and qualitative international market research.Minimum 5 years of working experience with B2B and B2C sales preferably in the sustainable fashion.Proven ability to work independently as a business development manager.Solid background in textile industry.Additional SkillsExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Excellent command on Microsoft Office Suite specially with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to build rapport with excellent negotiation skills. Visa mindre
