About the role
Key to this role will be to ensure service delivery of DMS solution to the SFS business units. This means being internally responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance towards external SDM and wider contract partners. Service delivery of this application should meet agreed service levels, security requirements, governance and compliance requirements as per internal SLA with the SFS business units.
DMS is a based on the OpenText – xECM platform and the service will in the future be a global solution within SFS. Currently it is mainly a European system with a future roadmap with implementations in other regions like USA and India.
The role will require working with proactive maintenance, support and development in conjunction with participating, and in some respects leading, implementation projects.
The Service Manager has financial responsibility and is the speaking partner to contractors. Since the application is highly business critical, security, availability, performance and audit compliance are very important and this falls within the responsibility of this role. You will work in close co-operation with our IT operations teams in different countries and with Siemens Financial Services management at all levels.
What do we expect from you?
Drive and self-motivation, achieving targets and results, being comfortable working individually or as part of a global team virtually. Being a team player and taking the time to assist colleagues and support team members in achieving goals and objectives.
Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills are also important. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English is required, other Nordic languages as well as Spanish, French and/or German is a merit. This opportunity requires travel which include some overnight stays.
We believe you to have:
* Experience preferably in a financial services company, in a technical and managerial support role with business processes or system architecture
* Technology-related skills in financial application is preferable
* Business process knowledge (commercial banking, treasury, finance and leasing, etc.)
* ITIL V3 qualification or demonstrable considerable relevant experience
* Experience working and/or leading projects and methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban
* Experience working in an international environment with many different stakeholders
