We are currently looking for our next Country Manager to lead and establish our Swedish Business Unit. As Country Manager for Sweden, you are responsible for managing all aspects of Business Unit to build and deliver growth plan in Sweden. Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Managing content and level of industry specific member and internal training. Provide outstanding leadership to the teams, ensure the highest performing team is in place that creates business opportunities.
Manage country budgets and P&L and balance sheet in accordance with company policies.
Identify new potential members and new market opportunities. Regularly re-assess the members base to identify high-value and ensure that resources are assigned appropriately in order to maintain/gain loyalty with members.
Provide regular pipeline and sales forecasts and business performance checks to EUSL Group Management.
Continually manage and monitor operational risks in the business and refine procedures where possible to mitigate future occurrence
Build strong value propositions for new and existing solutions.
Validate country operations are carried out in compliance with local laws and regulations, company policies and procedures
Build teams and operational functions that maintains and implementing to the country business plan.
Take overall responsibility for all locations, staff, including negotiations, insurance, maintenance contracts and site services

Vi letar efter en IT-projektadministratör i Umeå främst under sommarmånaderna juni, juli och augusti med möjlighet till förlängning. Ansvara för daglig ärendehantering.
Bygga upp och underhålla installationsanvisningar, applikationsbeskrivningar, lokala rutiner och processer tillsammans med vår samarbetspartner.
Identifiera säkerhetsrisker.
Användarstöd och rådgivning rörande behov av inköp.
Teknisk rådgivning för beslutsfattare och ledning, i samråd med samarbetspartner

För att du ska lyckas i din roll önskar vi följande kvalifikationer:
Utvecklar- eller teknikbakgrund. Gärna student med IT inriktning.
Grundläggande kunskaper inom Linux och nätverk.
Erfarenhet av att identifiera dataflöden/arkitektur.
Förstå och kunna rita upp kopplingen mellan data, teknik och informationsflöden.
God teknisk förmåga kring infrastruktur/integrationer. Gärna student med IT inriktning.
Grundläggande kunskap/utbildning inom IT.
Kompetens att arbeta med datorer, stationärt och bärbart.
Förståelse för hur IT bedrivs kopplat till kundens behov.
Behärska svenska & engelska i både tal och skrift.

10+ years of successful proven track record in Management Business Leadership or equivalent and preferably experience from working in an NGO structure.

Challenge and opportunity
We are currently looking for our next Project Delivery Manager in Umeå head office to align to our company strategy. You will lead strategy development, execution, delivering and profitability along with increased market share and organizing business resources for maximum effectiveness. The Project Delivery Manager will be a natural communicator which easily enables you to identify, develop and lead projects into practical results to ensure usage of our membership with business opportunities.
You will also ensure local functions are fully aligned with global business strategy. The Project Delivery Manager will roll out the company´s position as a glocal leader within our concepts and projects.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Project Delivery Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for management of the project development and be central to the strategic and tactical arts of the company in conjunction with EUSL Group.
You will manage members delivery projects through the entire life cycle in respect of cost, time, and quality requirements.
Your main responsibility will be to execute, monitor and secure project delivery.
You will provide, create and maintain a regular visibility on project progress, risks, issues and resource overview.
Managing answers to customer's technical questions will be on your responsibility by using internal resources, processes and tools.
Secure clear definition and implementation of the project interfaces and customer requirements between the different project technologies.
Communicate project objectives to the technical project team and all related project activities are aligned with schedule and results.
Ensure teams and operational functions are building, maintaining and implementing to country business plan.
Manage the P&L and balance sheet to meet and exceed country budgets in accordance with company policies.
Regularly re-assess the members base to identify high-value and ensure that resources are assigned appropriately in order to maintain/gain loyalty with members.
Provide regular pipeline and business performance checks to EUSL Group Management.
