The position

The assignment as Head of Sales is based on a close and prestigious collaboration with the company's Deputy CEO, who is responsible for the business day to day operations. This is a new position that will play a central role for Codemill's continued growth nationally and internationally. You will report directly to the CEO.

Together with employees, you will be responsible for growing and developing the company's sales and marketing. You work on assignments and will act in accordance with the company's vision and future goals and efforts forward. You have a responsibility to develop the business internally as well as contribute to entering an international market in the USA. Your business language is English, although most of the current staff are Swedish speakers, we are working towards becoming more international. The role is responsible for both personnel and performance.

Requirements

We are looking for a proven successful Head of Sales who has several years of experience in IT and managing and leading a complex sales processes. It is beneficial if you have previously been a manager with associated personnel responsibilities. Experience in the media and broadcasting industry is a plus. You live up to Codemill's leadership criteria: ability to influence others, responsiveness, high social responsibility, oriented towards change, goal and result oriented, analytical, communicative, and enthusiastic.

In this role, you will closely collaborate and talk with the team in the US, which requires you to have a high working capacity and flexible working hours.

Location: Umeå alternative west coast USA

Together with employees, you are responsible for developing the company's ability to act on assignment in accordance with the company's vision and future goals and initiatives forward. You have a responsibility to develop the business internally as well as contribute to entering an international market in the USA. Your business language is English, hough today most of the staff are Swedish speakers, we are working towards becoming more international . You have a clear delivery assignment to largely independently responsible for goal fulfillment both internally and externally. The role includes personnel and performance responsibility.

Requirements

We are looking for those who have many years of experience in strategic management work with good results, preferably in a medium-sized organization. Merit is if you have experience from the IT and technology industries and have experience from corporate forms. You have a relevant academic degree. The position places high demands on a holistic view, knowledge of organizational development, growth and the ability to create good relationships. You live up to Codemill's leadership criteria; ability to influence others, responsiveness, high social security, change orientation, goal and result orientation, analytical ability, communicative and enthusiastic.
