Location: Umeå   We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our clients' cross-functional tech team working on modern, business-critical systems. The team owns the full product lifecycle and has real influence over architecture and technology choices. Here you’ll take part in building scalable, high-quality solutions from frontend to backend, with plenty of room to experiment with new tools and APIs. This role combines technical depth with business impact—you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the company to translate operational needs into efficient, well-engineered solutions. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain full-stack systems using Python, React, TypeScript, and Java.
- Work in an agile setup with sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.
- Participate in backlog refinement and contribute to technical prioritization.
- Explore and integrate new APIs, cloud technologies, and AI tools to enhance system capabilities.
- Collaborate across teams and departments to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Take part in code reviews and uphold high development standards and best practices.
- Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
- Contribute to the operation, monitoring, and optimization of production environments.



Several years of experience in both frontend and backend development.
Proficient in, or eager to deepen skills in, Python, React, TypeScript, and Java.
Familiarity or strong interest in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS.
Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn new frameworks and technologies.

Starting from April 2024, we opened our first branch in Stockholm, with a focus on IT professional interim placements, similar to our operations in the Netherlands.
Following the opening of Stockholm, we quickly moved forward with establishing offices in Luleå, Skellefteå, Umeå. We are now looking for a Lead Recruiter to help us grow in these regions.
As a Lead Recruiter, you will play a key role in building and leading new teams of Recruiters and Account Managers across Sweden. You’ll work closely with us to establish these teams, starting from the ground up, with growth dependent on how quickly you can scale the teams. It’s a thrilling challenge that will require both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.
Moreover, experience in international recruitment is crucial, as Maandag sources talented professionals from across Europe to match with our clients. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of our presence in Sweden and beyond.
Maandag® is a major player in the Dutch Staffing scene with over 46 branches in 4 countries and over 700 colleagues. Solid understanding of business operations, coupled with the ability to build and nurture a wide professional network within the Stockholm region, particularly in the fields of IT or Finance.
Experience in international recruitment is crucial.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

What We’re Looking For
