As a People & Culture Specialist, you are expected to provide HR expertise and be a strategic business partner, culture carrier, and trusted advisor for leaders and managers within the company.
You will play a critical role in ensuring coverage across the employee lifecycle, employee relations, and critical HR functions needed as we continue to scale.
This position requires a driven, curious, collaborative, and agile HR professional who can work in a very passion-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited to both learn from and advise experienced managers. As our first full-time dedicated person to work with People and Culture in the company, having a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset to solving problems is a must.
In this role, you will

Our games have been installed more than 130 million times worldwide, and we’re still growing. In the last year, our user acquisition (UA) spending has increased significantly, and we now need a skilled financial controller to help us maintain our cash flow.
We’re hiring you to be the go-to person for our CEO, Mattias, our corporate consultants, and executive team members. This is a new role at Turborilla, so you’ll help shape this position and contribute to specific company areas for growth. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to financial aspects on the company level and help the follow-ups in the game development process. This is a full-time hybrid position where you will be expected to be onsite in our Umeå office three days a week.
An effective Financial Controller will…
Keep track of the UA cash flow, credit lines, current UA spend per platform, payment dates, etc.
Create liquidity analysis for the company
Manage monthly rolling forecast after consultation with management
Regulatory and financial reporting
Budget and forecast preparation
Development of internal control policies and procedures

We are looking for a experienced generalist artist with the ability to working with both 2D and 3D. You need to understand both the technical requirements for creating art for mobile games and the important of usability of UIs. You know when it's "good enough" and when there is a need for extra polish. 
In short, you are an experienced artist that have released mobile games.


Responsibilities
Create 2D and 3D assets for mobile games such as characters, vehicles, environment assets and props.
Work with the development team to create UI art from the mockup phase to final production.
Some times work with material/shader creation
Assist producer to estimate and plan art production 
Act as a mentor for more junior artist



Requirements
Expert level understanding of Maya/3D Studio and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of game development process
Fluent in English
Minimum one shipped game
