About You & The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and organised Chef de Partie with experience in fast-paced kitchens and a passion for cooking. You take pride in consistency, work well under pressure, and enjoy being part of a professional and supportive team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for running either the pasta or cold section, ensuring dishes are prepared according to company standards and recipes. You report to the Head Chef or Sous Chef and play a key role in delivering great service and a consistent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own your section & lead your colleagues within your section


Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards


Ensure mise en place is completed up to standards, and organised before service


Maintain consistency, speed, and precision during service


Keep your section clean, organised, and service-ready at all times


Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service


Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment


Ensure full compliance of company's HACCP

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen


Strong communication and leadership skills


Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure


Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations


Ability to work independently while contributing to team success


Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes in a high-volume environment

About You & The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef with strong experience in à la carte service. You thrive in fast-paced kitchens, work confidently with high-quality ingredients, and take pride in creating dishes from scratch.
As a key support to the Head Chef, you help maintain high standards, support the kitchen team, and lead by example during service. Experience in high-volume kitchen operations is a strong advantage. If you combine creativity with consistency and care deeply about quality, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Leadership & Operations

Support and participate in the preparation and production of all food


Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes, portioning, and quality standards


Monitor food quality during and after preparation, making adjustments when needed


Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence


Team Management

Support scheduling and daily coordination of kitchen staff


Assist in training and developing BOH team members according to company standards


Act as a role model in performance, teamwork, and kitchen culture


Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure the kitchen operates in line with health and safety regulations


Support equipment inspections and preventive maintenance routines


Financial & Administrative Responsibility

Assist with ordering and receiving food products and kitchen supplies


Help monitor waste levels and maintain strong stock control

Key Requirements
Strong leadership skills

About You and The Role
We are looking for you who is passionate about making drinks and working in a very environment. You will be preparing and serving all kinds of beverage products including: cocktails, wines, soft drinks and coffees. Time to time you will be helping your brothers and sisters on the floor by running the drinks. Previous cocktail shaking experience is a plus.
You will be responsible for the preparation of drinks components including: clarification, carbonization, infusions and more.
Greet our guests with a smile and chat at the bar that makes them instantly feel welcomed.

Vi söker dig som brinner för att skapa drinkar och trivs i en livlig miljö. Du kommer att förbereda och servera olika typer av drycker, från cocktails och viner till läsk och kaffe. Ibland behöver du även hjälpa dina kollegor på golvet genom att servera de drycker du förberett. Om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att skaka drinkar så är det toppen, men inget krav.
Du kommer att jobba i en väldigt aktiv miljö och servera många cocktails.
Du kommer att vara ansvarig för förberedandet av drink ingredienser såsom; klarifieringar, carbonization, infusions med mera.
Välkomna våra gäster med ett leende och underhålla dom vid baren så att de känner sig hemma.
Servera varje drink till perfektion och komma ihåg att byta ut även flaskan som står längst in i kylen.
